Hey I’m Joanna, AKA YogaWolf!

 

I was called to Yoga in 2015, when I had completely lost my purpose in life. I was so overwhelmed with my emotional confusion that I felt I was being sucked down the centre of my own whirlpool and no one would realise!

I found a teacher who reignited my spiritual curiosity, and the physical practise opened up an opportunity to get out of my head, into my body and to understand my feelings. Yoga enabled the light to enter my life through a dark window, and it led me home in a united embrace.

For me, this journey hasn’t been a sunset walk along the beach, it has felt like a desperate scramble through the wilderness during a storm! It has pushed me to the edge forcing me to save myself. It has turned me inside out, revealing my true self. At times my world has come crashing down, but it allowed me to rebuild my life and create my reality. This journey so far has required all the strength of my inner warrior and I finally feel empowered and liberated. Ready to inspire others as we embark on this journey, the journey of the YogaWolf.

I look forward to holding that space for you.
